Great, great, great. The ice cream is awesome, the staff very friendly and accommodating. The dark chocolate ice cream, delicious. I would love to sit there every day. Jamjam.

I find it irresponsible how carelessly the staff serve customers at the table in times of Corona. No masks are worn. The distance can also not be maintained when customers are served at the table.

Just came back from abroad and saw this new "eismanufaktur" - first i thought whats that for a hipster place as it was called "manufaktur" which i knew only from super hip metropoles, where some young graduates have opened an Ice Cream Store in the "pin-up" design with elvis presley feeling. So i went inside and took an ice to go - that was ofcourse tasty, ice cream is made by themselve I believe. Another time i came again and ate two days in a row there - i took the first day the "wrong" ice as it was a very small portion and i should have taken the adult version. So next day i invited my sister and we went there. To be honest - I think the design with the "cups" and the taste was totally ordinary, i had a strawberry cup and i felt like " ohh - this is so ordinary, will not eat here again". I really love icecream and totally thought of getting a "woow" experience but maybe I was too hyped cause of the weather and its name "manufaktur". So I was totally disappointed as well as my invitation. I will still get a cone of icecream there but no "ice cups or anything" . If i want old school uninnovative icecream, i will support Venezia and Lazzarin which are there since I have gone to elementary school :)

Were there for breakfast on the recommendation of an adjacent hotel, because the hotel didn't offer breakfast. It was an absolutely nice and friendly service and the breakfast was great. We can't complain at all. Next time we'll try some ice cream too. WE RECOMMEND

With the nice weather the way led us to Bad Bramstedt to the Sorelle Calabrese to eat ice cream. We actually expected a full house. Fortunately, there were still tables that we could sit inside. Our selection fell on the pizza plate, tiramisu, mango and mint ice cream. Everything looked delicious and tasted great. As always, the staff was very friendly. We'll see you again soon.

Ice cream is cold as it should be but indefinable taste detergent comes closest. Sorry it wasn't the ice cream parlor in Hohenlockstedt but Sorelle Calabrese in Bad Bramstedt, I ate an ice cream with 4 balls with my wife and my wife threw the ice cream away afterwards.

I and my 3 children like to go out and eat ice cream often. This ice cream cafe is a must whenever we are nearby. Unusual varieties and extras leave nothing to be desired. Children feel welcome and are treated like great ones. We enjoy it every time.

That was the last time we had ice cream there. We are a family of four and today we should order separately to make it go faster, which didn't make sense. When my husband asked him why and also said that ordering separately is nonsense, we were lamented that he would have said that here and that we could go somewhere else. When my son started to cry because of that, he kept messing with us. The quality of the ice has also deteriorated significantly.

I think the ice alone speaks for itself. Very well presented and the taste is simply incomparable. Here you realize that the ice is made by yourself. I have never been able to enjoy this unique taste anywhere else. The ambience is modern and very friendly and welcoming. When the weather is fine, you can enjoy ice cream, waffles, cappuccino, etc. in the outdoor area. The team is very accommodating and always friendly. The fact that they seem to speak to each other mostly Italian does not bother me at least, it creates a very familial impression. All in all, there is absolutely nothing to complain about here. We come back again and again!
